Reception, Year 1 & Year 2 Sports Day reminder
Friday 16th June 2023
Children to come to school in their PE uniform.
- Red T-Shirt
- Red Hoodie/Sweatshirt
- Black Tracksuit bottoms/leggings/shorts
Please apply sunscreen before school.
Children will need to bring the following items to school as they will be outdoors all day.
- Water bottle
- Waterproof coat
- Sun hat/cap
They will be taking part in a carousel of events in the morning followed by traditional races in the afternoon. You are welcome to watch at either or both sessions.
The side staff car park gate will be open from 9.15 and close at 9.30 and then reopened at 1.15 and closed at 1.30. If you are running late you can access the school field via the lane at the back of the school.
We will corden off an area of the sports field for you to spectate and ask you to bring your own picnic chair/blankets to sit on.
After the races are complete children will return to their classroom with their class teacher, where they can be picked up from their usual classroom door.
